I want this for a very special and personal reason... all I can find to buy online is salt - but I would really prefer actual water.

i guess u can't get any... i'm israeli and i dont hink there's any place that sells water from the deae sea..

i'm gonna go online and check it for you... hope i'll find something...

>>>ok, i found this site where you can get all kinds of souvenirs from the Dead Sea and i e-mailed them, that's what they said:

they can send WATER in bottles, question is, how much bottles you want them to send. they also said that at the moment, they don't have bpttles in stock, but it's not a problem to get it if you order.

so all you need to do is simply e-mail them:

qumran@kalia.org.il

hope i helped..

To answer you, the cheapest anywhere is at the ahava factory shop @ the Dead Sea, it in the Ein Bokek mall at the Dead Sea,Another option for you,In addition, if you are driving to the Dead Sea from Jerusalem, you can go to the factory and visitors' center, which is just off the road to your right, while you drive with the Dead Sea on your left.
