He (she) is pronounced exactly like he in English.

The word and in Hebrew is VEH.

As for the song lyrics, they are from the song IM YESH GAN EDEN in English IF THERE'S A PARADISE by Eyal Golan

Ima

ani rotzeh banefesh p'nimah

lach'zor habaitah, el beiti

k'mo shehayah beyalduti

kore lach - Ima

ani rotzeh banefesh p'nimah

lach'zor elai ve'el dmuti

she'lo etze mida'ati

Yesh rega'im

lo yode'a mah osim

mul einaim adumot

mul g'vahim utehomot

Translation

Mother

I want inside my soul

to return home, to my house

as it was in my childhood

I call to you - Mom

I want inside my soul

to return to me and to my figure

so that I won't lose my sanity

There are moments

I don't know what to do

in front of red eyes

in front of heights and depths

hee=she, exactly like you said.

"and" in hebrew is a 1 letter word pronounced "ve".

before the letters בומפ "ve" changes to "ou" (pronounced like "shoe" not like "owl"), stayes the same 1 letter word though.

now for Eyal Golan's song called "If there's heaven":

Mom

deep inside my soul

I want to go back home

as it was in my childhood

Calling you, Mom

deep inside my soul

I want to go back

to myself and my image

so I won't lose my mind

moments I don't know what to do

in front of crying eyes

Yeah, you pronounce "he" like "hee"

And 'And' is "veh" (or sounds like that in English)
