The palestinians have had it tough and you can't deny that.

But let's assume Israel does not exist, would they bet better?

Would the Middle east be better?

I doubt it, I can picture Saudi and Egypt ganging up on Iran. Because Jerusalem is so holy they would still fight over it.

The Sunnis and the Shiites would both want it.

It will be a classic case of Animal Farm.

Your theory about the sunnis and shiites is interesting and thought provoking. I had never thought of that. However, I would more likely see Christian and Muslim militias fighting over Jerusalem, but that's assuming that Palestine breaks into fighting as you suggest.



I think extremist jewish groups would terrorize Palestine with the same tactics they used before the creation of israel.

I would say the Palestinians would have been FAR better without Israel.
