My girlfriend was there last week and is going there again today. She refuses giving my her phone number giving this excuse. I wanna see if she's telling the truth about this.

that is not true,and almost no power shortage in Jerusalem all year long

no everythings fine but its pretty hard to call to the US and it cost alot
