Why would that prevent Israel and/or the USA from blowing them to smithereens.



India can't feed itself neither can Poland, the USA never used food as a weapon, and anyway, I know these business deals are done with USA approval.

According to a Businessline article, the US now accounts for 28% of India’s trade. The total value amounts to $18 billion/year. Two lakh Indians are currently employed through BPO, most for US companies. The US is also India’s biggest investor at 20% of the total FDI. On the other hand, India accounts for less than 1% of the US global trade. Apparently India’s “untapped retail market” values at $180 billion and is predicted to double by 2010. The implication, according to this Businessline article, is that India needs the US much more than the other way around, especially when it comes to trade and investment.

The main reason for all this is the weakening American dollar.

Nixon had the world set up where all oil had to be paid for in Dollars. Iran was the first to break that treaty and the Dollar has slipped ever since. Throwing the world economy into a mess as we see.

That said. How many billions of American money would go to Iran in trade if not for the sanctions Iran has brought on herself not just from America , but the rest of the world.

The entire world population has been against America for over a century because of jealousy. Nothing new here.

Iran has to trade with someone or collapse.

Hope those contracts will mean better jobs and earnings for the irani people.



Certainly I do not think that India and Poland became supporters of the Irani Government after the sign of these contracts......its not about politics but the business.......I mean...Irans oil and gas reserves are great and for sure it means great business opportunity for the Polish and Indians companies as well as for the Iraní ones.



In the other hand, I am pleased to hear that some companies around the world are not blind enough to belive all the CNN propaganda about Iran......and are quite independent to decide by themselves whether it is good to invest in iran or not...

This is proof that no one trusts the United States and Israel anymore, the world is sick of them and their endless warmongering. Iran doesn't care about what that tiny country of European castaways thinks about anything. The world has already decided to side with Iran against the axis of evil (US/Israel and America's lackies in Britain.) Iran is a regional power and it's leaders are more responsible than those war criminals in Israel could ever be.
