Why is it that on my trip to Israel?

I couldn't visit the pyramids? My hope was to see them with my own eyes. I kept asking to see them and i was told not here, not here, not here.

If your trip was to Israel, then you can't, you would have to make a trip to Egypt to see the Pyramids.

You would have had to schedule a few days side trip to Eygpt through a good tour company. You'd have to research for one. The all leave from Eliat at the southern tip of Israel, which is several hours drive (6 I think) from the central area of Tel Aviv & Jerusalem.

There are groups in Egypt that suicide bomb both Egyptian resorts & try to Israeli ones, so from time to time they may be shut down.

Tour companies all speak English well. So did you not understand because you didn't know they were in Egypt?

Like many others said, the pyramids are in Egypt, not Israel.

That's because the pyramids are in Egypt, not in Israel. So, unless your trip included a visit to Egypt, you would not have found one pyramid to see where you were.

If issues are a similar by potential of Sept. in basic terms attempt to maintain removed from the north. in case you think of approximately it, automobile crashes kill greater human beings than any conflict. have relaxing! :)

They are in Egypt, not far from Israel, but if you live in America and you don't want to go all the way back to Egypt, go to Mexico, they have Mayan pyramids there

Is this a serious question? Or did you just fail geography and history class?

Israelis speak English just fine so I can't imagine why they couldn't have explained it to you in more than two words. Maybe they thought you were being ignorant. But I'm sure you would have been told that they are in Egypt if you were asking seriously.

Hello Malka, good to have you back

Could it be you presented a threat ?? :>)

It might have to do with the political situation, bad time to visit Egypt
